Use of Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Not abuse or spam community features

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting to the community gallery, you grant us a license to display your content within the app. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions:

• Are billed through the App Store
• Auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends
• Can be managed in your App Store account settings
• Are non-refundable except as required by law

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. AI material identification is provided as a convenience and may not always be accurate. We're not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on app suggestions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
