Tying instructions
Secure the hook in the vise.
Attach the thread just behind the eye.
Trim the waste thread.
Run the thread down to the bend.
Mix olive-dyed hare with fine flash.
Tease out the dubbing and attach it as a noodle.
Slide the dubbing into place and wrap forward to create the body.
Tie in a small piece of Liquid Lace over the eye, pointing slightly over.
Tie the Liquid Lace down.
Make two wraps underneath.
Advance to the next position, holding the Liquid Lace slightly towards you.
Use the torque of the thread to roll it on top.
Work down to the final position.
End with a three-turn whip finish.
Cut the thread.
Trim the front and rear ends of the Liquid Lace a little shorter.
