Secure hook in vise with the bead
Tie wire behind the bead from midway down the shank to the base of the bead.
Wrap black thread over the wire and 3/4 of the way down the hook.
Add a pheasant feather cut off to the back and tie it in.
And your fluffy white crown and tie it in 1/8 of the way down the fly.
