Tie in two strands of silver holographic Flashabou at the bend for the tag.
Wrap the thread up to the 2/3 point, securing the Flashabou.
Pull the clear micro tubing forward, keeping the strands together, and wrap it up the body with side-by-side wraps.

Tie off the clear micro tubing at the 2/3 point.
Whip finish with the 70 Fl. Chartreuse thread and trim.
Attach the 8/0 Camel thread at the 2/3 point.
Pull fibers away from the tip of a partridge feather and remove the tip.

Position the partridge fibers around either side of the hook shank.
