Tying instructions
Secure the hook in the vise.
Apply UV glue/head cement to the dragon tail.
Cure the UV glue with a UV light.
Start the thread near the bend of the hook.
Tie the dragon tail on top of the hook near the bend.
Cut a clump of white bucktail a little bigger than a pencil.
Stack and reverse tie the bucktail onto the shank directly in front of the dragon tail.
Use your fingers to work the bucktail so it covers the shank completely.
Use an empty pen to fold back the bucktail, pinch, and secure with control wraps.
Tie EP Gamechanger Fibers Blend over the bucktail on top of the shank.
Repeat steps 3-6 as many times as needed until you reach the eye.
Use a comb or brush to untangle any fibers and evenly distribute the EP fibers on top of the fly.
Add 2-3 strands of lateral line flash (optional).
Place eyes of choice.
Apply head cement.
The fly is ready to fish.
