Tying instructions
Attach thread behind the eye of the hook. Trim off tag.
Tie in bead chain eyes using a series of cross wraps and secure to the top of the hook shank with super glue
Trim a bunch of craft fur approximately 2x the length of your hook and tie in at the rear of your hook shank.
Using a permanent marker, create lines along the length of the tail.
Tie in Ice Chenille at base of tail. Apply two wraps to create a base & tie in monofilament eyes. Apply Super Glue to thread wraps.
Wrap Chenille forward. Tie off and trim excess. Material should cover 1/2 to 2/3 of shank. Leave room.
Using cross wraps, tie in two sets of rubber legs spaced evenly across the shank. Legs should extend beyond the bend of the hook, but not too far, which is beyond the tail.
With the legs secured, tie in your dubbing in a dubbing loop (or use a dubbing brush), roll tight and brush horizontally out..
Wrap dubbing loop forward, pulling dubbing back after each wrap to help ensure an even collar. Tie off at the rear of eyes & trim excess.
Wrap thread forward & whip finish with super glue on threads. Can use more superglue on thread collar.
